On 27th April, the network gathered for its Annual Council meeting in Split, Croatia. The 11 attending representatives reviewed the work of the network in previous year and approved the independent auditor for the period 2012-2014. The highlight was the discussion and adoption of the Mid-term Strategy Plan 2012-2014, which was based on a year-long process or discussion and preparation. The CONCORD Working Group (WG) on Enlargement, Pre-Accession and Neighborhood issues met on its annual meeting in Brussels on 19th and 20th March. The focus of the meeting was the strategy and the further steps for the continuation of the WG, as TRIALOG has announced that they withdraw from convening the group. The Forum of CSOs from the border region of Macedonia and Albania took place on the 23rd and 24th of March 2012 the House of Culture in Debar. 90 civic organizations and local institutions, seven forum discussions, four socio-cultural events were organized in the scope of the cross-border project implemented by MCIC, IDM and Desat. On 21st March, the Ministry of Information Society and Administration presented the draft National Action Plan under the Open Government Partnership (OGP) initiative, which it joined in August 2011. The Action Plan is being prepared in the preparation for the global annual meeting taking place in Brazil on 17th-18th April. The meeting, which was opened by Mr. Ivo Ivanovski, Minister for Information Society and Administration, gathered representatives of line ministries, international organization supporting the government (World Bank, UNDP) and civil society.
