The organizations call on the Commission to align the revised Better Regulation Guidelines with the EU Strategy for Civil Society, ensure transparent and inclusive consultations, strengthen structured civil dialogue, and preserve robust impact assessments that fully consider social, environmental and fundamental rights implications alongside economic factors.
