The High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development is United Nations central platform for the follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals. The 2016 session of the HLPF will address the theme “Ensuring that no one is left behind”. It will feature voluntary reviews of 22 countries and thematic reviews of progress on the SDGs, including cross-cutting issues. The Regional Cooperation Council Secretariat (RCC) is seeking proposals for the implementation of the South East Europe 2020 (SEE 2020) Strategy with financial assistance from the RCC Small Grants Instrument for 2016. The Civica Mobilitas action grants support CSOs that want to promote their causes and activities including: training of their constituents; strengthening the relations with citizens, communities and the general public; and contribute towards achieving positive social change. The Global Standard is an initiative of well-established civil society networks from around the world, aiming to strengthen the effectiveness of CSOs worldwide by devising a collective accountability standard. The networks will over three years cooperate to learn from each other, gain a truly global view on CSO accountability, improve their codes and reduce transaction cost. CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) is requesting the input of the European Region on the Zero Draft of the Outcome Document of the Second High Level Meeting (HLM2) of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Co-operation (GPEDC).
