The purpose of the closing conference held in Skopje on the 10th -11th of November was to take stock of progress registered so far and promote the achievements of the FPAs towards the general public and other relevant stakeholders. TUSEV recently published the Individual Giving and Philanthropy in Turkey report which presents comprehensive and up to date data on perception on philanthropy, trends and motivations in individual giving in Turkey as well as providing a comparison on the change in the understanding of philanthropy and giving practices in the last decade. Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) released the 2016 World Giving Index, with a finding that the world is becoming ever more generous compared to the records made in the seven years of the CAF World Giving Index.
