The Heartefact Foundation supports local actors, organizations and initiatives in Serbia with the aim of fostering socially responsible action. Hartefakt supports projects that are implemented in the areas of socially engaged culture and arts and the protection and promotion of human rights. The call for submitting project ideas is open throughout the year, as the Grant Committee meets four times a year. The application procedure is designed in a way that helps organizations and initiatives articulate their project ideas better and more clearly, but also to enable the acquisition of the necessary knowledge in the field of project development by less experienced actors.
