Target Group: Partnerships of two or more organisations from different countries, including CSOs, public institutions, private companies, and multilateral or global organisations.
Aim: To support new international partnerships in developing reciprocal work exchange projects that strengthen institutional development, mutual learning and sustainable development, while providing young people aged 18–35 with international professional experience.
Countries: ODA-eligible countries, with priority given to countries where Norway has established development cooperation and presence.
Amount: Up to NOK 150,000 for Phase 1.
Duration: Phase 1 prepares partnerships for a work exchange of 6–12 months, expected to start in August/September 2027.
