The report provides a detailed assessment of the civil society environment in the WB, covering Albania, BiH, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia, with a focus on developments in 2023. Based on the updated methodology, it evaluates 22 standards across three core areas and offers insights into how these issues progress in 2024, affecting the ability of CSOs to function and advocate toward a more enabling environment.
