Klodjan Seferaj, one of the grantees of the Slovak and Balkan Public Policy Fund, on Thursday, April 24, 2014 in Hotel Rogner, Tirana, held a public presentation of his discussion paper and policy brief on “Promoting participatory evidence based policy making on crime and confidence: the benefits of trust”. This research puts its efforts to analyze actual experience of Albania and to test the use of a scientific indicators standardized instrument that will measure public confidence in justice sector. One of the main scopes of the workshop was to better engage the national institutions, donors and civil society actors, raise awareness on the policy documents and promote the implementation of the proposed instrument for Albania. At this occasion, the policy documents were presented to the relevant national institutions as Prime Minister Office, Ministry of European Integration; international organizations as OSCE, Swiss Embassy/Cooperation Office, Austrian Development Cooperation Office, Soros Foundation, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Office, UN Women, Oxfam; and other local organizations and academia.
