Short Description: Western Balkans Fund and Open Society Foundation Western Balkans have launched the first edition of the Regional Academy on Dialogue and Culture of Cooperation, a new initiative bringing together junior professionals and emerging leaders from across the Western Balkans. The programme aims to strengthen regional cooperation, democratic values, intercultural dialogue, and peacebuilding through mentorship, workshops, peer learning, and joint regional projects.
Target Group: Junior professionals and emerging leaders aged 25–40 from public administration, civil society, media, research, and policy sectors.
Countries: Albania, BiH, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
Location: 7-day residency programme in Albania.
Duration: Pre-arrival mentorship, 7-day residency, and 3-month post-programme phase.
Deadline for applications: 25 June.
