CfP: Regional Small Grants Scheme for Civil Society and Media in the Western Balkans (Deadline: 6 November)

Target Group: CSOs and media actors working on freedom of expression, media pluralism and democratic participation in the Western Balkans.
Aim: To strengthen cooperation between CSOs and media actors through the EU-funded regional project Fostering Stability: Synergy between CSOs and Media for Enhanced Freedom of Expression and Media Credibility. Implemented by a regional consortium led by the Centre for Investigative Reporting (CIN) in Sarajevo, the scheme supports initiatives contributing to freedom of expression, media credibility, participatory democracy and media pluralism, while promoting the Western Balkans’ alignment with the EU.
Countries: Albania, BiH, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
Amount: EUR 10,000–20,000 per project (total funding available: EUR 450,000).
Duration: Up to 10 months.
Deadline: 6 November 2026, 24:00.
