Short Description: Building on its first edition, STARLIGHT 2.0 offers legal practitioners across the EU an advanced learning experience combining thematic and skills workshops, online legal clinics, and tailored mentorship. Participants deepen their expertise in strategic litigation, applying the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (CFR) and CJEU case law to drive systemic change.
Target Group: Legal practitioners affiliated with organisations in EU member states, including: Lawyers in law firms or solo practice with experience in democracy, fundamental rights, rule of law, or migration and asylum; Legal staff of NGOs or legal clinics handling relevant cases; Legal staff of national human rights institutions involved in third-party interventions or amicus curiae briefs.
