Target group: Leaders in civil society, culture, and media organizations working in the fields of democracy, human rights, or freedom of expression. Applicants must be between 22-45 years old and hold a leadership role (formal or informal) within their organization.

Short Description: The SI Leader Lab is a leadership programme aimed at enhancing leadership skills and strengthening advocacy efforts for civil society leaders working on democracy, human rights, or freedom of expression. It includes online workshops, coaching, and an onsite week in Stockholm. Participants will gain personal and professional development while building a network of peers across Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, and Türkiye.
Duration: January – June 2025, with an onsite meeting in Stockholm from 4-10 May 2025
