Short Description: The Protest Lab, a new initiative under the CIVICUS Freedom of Peaceful Assembly (FoPA) Workstream, is inviting applications from individuals with experience in peaceful protests and social movements. This collaborative space will focus on developing innovative strategies to protect the right to peaceful assembly and challenge repression. The Lab will bring together activists, artists, journalists, and community leaders to share ideas, co-create solutions, and explore new protest methodologies digitally and in person. Participants will gain new skills and contribute to the future of protest by addressing challenges such as misinformation and stigmatizing narratives.
