Short Description: KCSF and Community Building Mitrovica invite local CSOs in Kosovo to join the Financial Academy, a capacity-building programme focused on strengthening financial management and internal organisational systems. The Academy covers financial planning and risk management, procurement and internal controls, financial reporting, accountability, and compliance with legal and donor requirements. Selected organisations can nominate 1–3 staff members with management or financial responsibilities and will also have access to expert mentoring following the training.
