Short Description: Forus and ECNL, under the Civil Society Alliances for Digital Empowerment (CADE) initiative, invite pairs of CSOs to apply for the Digital Rights Exchange Program. The programme supports one organisation from the Global North and one from the Global South to jointly explore a shared digital rights or internet governance challenge, participate in a three-day exchange, develop a joint policy advocacy strategy, and produce practical recommendations for civil society. The programme covers travel, accommodation, venue costs and daily allowances for selected pairs.
Countries: Global (one Global North and one Global South CSO)
Location: Host country of one participating organisation or a mutually agreed third country.
Duration: Three-day in-person exchange (to be completed by the end of 2026)
