Short Description:
The European Commission’s Blue Book Traineeship offers university graduates and eligible vocational education and training graduates the opportunity to gain professional experience within the European Commission and other participating EU services, agencies and bodies. The paid traineeship provides hands-on experience in EU policymaking and administration, professional development and insight into the work of EU institutions. It is open to EU nationals and a limited number of eligible non-EU nationals.
Countries: EU Member States and eligible non-EU countries.
Location: Mainly Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as other locations depending on the service or agency of assignment.
Amount: EUR 1,538.16 per month living allowance, with additional reimbursement for visa costs and certain medical expenses where applicable.
Duration: 5 months, 1 March–31 July 2027.
