At the meeting of the working groups and experts, held on 15 and 16 September 2016 in Montenegro, the draft analytical documents were presented, which are part of the development of the new Strategy and Action plan. Participants of the meeting have been working to further identify and improve the content of data and analysis, which are important for solving strategic problems and goals in the areas of institutional framework for cooperation with CSOs, the participation of CSOs in creating and implementing public policies, financial sustainability of CSOs, development of philanthropy, volunteerism and social entrepreneurship, capacity building of CSOs, the role of CSOs in the process of EU accession, and others.
