The Directorate for European Integration/Office of the National IPA Coordinator (DIPAK) in Bosnia and Herzegovina invites civil society, along with the academic community, experts, and social partners, to participate in consultations on the draft proposals for actions under the Multi-Country IPA Program 2025-2027. The Commission has provided nine draft proposals across four thematic areas: Window 1 /Rule of Law, Fundamental Rights and Democracy; Window 2 / Good Governance, EU Acquis Alignment, Good Neighbourly Relations and Strategic Communication; Window 3 / Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity; and Window 4 / Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth. The support focuses on strengthening the rule of law, fundamental rights, democracy, and reconciliation; enhancing good governance, EU acquis alignment, and strategic communication; advancing cybersecurity, migration, the Green Agenda, and sustainable connectivity; and fostering competitiveness, inclusive growth, and regional market integration in the Western Balkans.
