The Open Society Foundations–Western Balkans, in partnership with the Government of Albania and ELIAMEP and CDI, is hosting the 2023 Civil Society and Think Tank Forum. This event fosters dialogue among civil society, public authorities, EU representatives, donors, and stakeholders from the Western Balkans and EU member states. Seven working groups advocate with Western Balkan governments, EU states, and international bodies. Their findings will be discussed during the Civil Society and Think Tank Forum before the Leader’s Summit. This forum facilitates dialogue between Balkan citizens and regional/European decision-makers in the context of the Berlin Process. Its objective is to engage civil society in shaping policies that bring the region closer to the EU. Read more here.
