Trust Mark is a self-regulating system that facilitates citizens’ and companies’ access to trusted organizations to make donations. It explores enhancing the trust between CSOs and the local donors. The mark is awarded through a transparent and accountable process, performance results, compliance with the legislation, etc. To obtain a Trust Mark, CSOs should first make a self-evaluation, then the Trust Mark Board should examine the complete documentation and held additional meetings with the CSOs. At the end of the process, the Board determines whether a CSO will receive a Trust Mark. CSOs with the Trust Mark are good partners of the citizens and the other stakeholders in the community.
