Short Description: The aim is to bring together participants from CSOs and institutions from South-Eastern Europe (Albania, BiH, the Republic of N. Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia) to explore and discuss the possibilities, benefits and eventual risks of the practice of social re-use of assets confiscated from organized crime under the existing national legislation. The workshop will be convened by the OSCE Secretariat’s Transnational Threats Department (TNTD) and the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA), and organised by Libera.
