The global objective of the call for proposals is to strengthen policy dialogue in reform processes, facilitate engagement and dialogue between central and local state institutions and non-state actors towards improved public policy dialogue. The priority of the call for proposals is: to horizontally empower civil society, particularly in sectors with lower civil society capacity and activities, aiming to strengthen the policy dialogue in reform processes. Under the call, any grant requested for proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts of 1,350,000 and 1,500,000 EUR.
