The fourth edition of the Swiss Foundation Code is one of the most distinguished sets of good governance guidelines in philanthropy in Europe. It serves as an orientation framework for all varieties of foundations, including users such as prospective founders, foundation board members, foundation employees, service providers, supervisory authorities, and philanthropy organizations. The Code also considers the international dimension of philanthropy.
