The RINGO Project aims to transform how local, national, and international NGOs and funders collaborate, addressing calls to decolonize and shift power to local and national civil societies. Since the RINGO Social Lab began in 2021, many organizations have initiated change, while others wait for early adopters’ results, hindered by external barriers. This survey seeks to understand the current changes in the system and how change happens (or doesn’t). The RINGO community’s experience is vital to this effort. The survey takes 5-10 minutes, and findings will be presented at a 2024 learning event to guide decision-makers on fostering rapid, lasting change among NGOs and funders, focusing on leadership support, investments, or policy changes.
