Accountable Now held the annual workshop at the end of November 2021. Aiming to provide accessible and applicable resources in accountability, they have made the outcomes and the takeaways from the workshop publicly available. The document recommends appropriate reflections at the individual and the organizational level to ensure challenge and improve systems dynamically to allow for appropriate cultures.
