The Macedonian Young Lawyers Association (MYLA) monitoring report on Digitally Mediated Assemblies in North Macedonia provides an overview of the current state of affairs concerning digitally-mediated assemblies (DMAs) in North Macedonia, including the relevant legal framework, the frequency, occurrence, and types of DMAs and the enabling environment in which they occur. The purpose of the monitoring is to produce policy recommendations that will address critical challenges that impede the use of DMAs as a form for realization of the freedom of peaceful assembly and to assist the authorities in creating and implementing policies for ensuring enabling environment for DMAs.
