EU TACSO 3 project has been mandated by the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) to facilitate the preparation of the Guidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in the Enlargement Region for the period 2021-2027. The first step was a preliminary discussion on the effects and lessons learned from the current Guidelines results framework during the Western Balkans and Turkey Regional Civil Society Forum held in Skopje last year. The second step was the preparation of first draft Guidelines results framework that was published on 2 December 2020 and open for written input on EU TACSO 3 project website. The next step is the organization of online consultation meetings events in all IPA beneficiaries between the end of February and beginning of March 2021. Read more here.
