The European Edition of the Global Philanthropy Environment Index 2018 has been published by Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in collaboration with the Donors and Foundations Networks in Europe (DAFNE). The index provides accurate and timely information information about the philanthropic landscape of 30 European countries and evaluate their regulatory, political, and socio-cultural environments via a standardized instrument completed by country-based experts.
