The Council on Foundations includes a library of updated resources for making grants in certain countries. Together with the International Center for Not-For-Profit Law, it presents nonprofit law information for 35 countries on domestic nonprofit laws and regulations, research and reports, and local contacts to strengthen cross-border philanthropy. For the 13 most-visited countries, the Enhanced Country Notes also include a curated library of research and reports, information on local philanthropic and nonprofit networks, key in-country contacts, and Council members’ grantmaking.
