Community-driven systems change is the development and social transformation approach that shows the insight, leadership, and ownership of the people facing problems at the community level and their engagement to build lasting change. One of the essential powers of CBOs is their capacity to develop, value, respect, invest in, and sustain relationships and agency within their communities and different stakeholders. CBOs are also effective in deliberately and persistently collaborating with stakeholders to promote significant and lasting change at the community as a whole or system level.
