Implemented by the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and financed by the German Federal Foreign Office, the project seeks to support youth cultural activism and creative solutions for social and political issues in the Western Balkans.
Target Group: For young people within the cultural and creative sectors, to enhance regional cultural cooperation. The project also features Peace Champion awards for cultural practitioners who have significantly contributed to peacebuilding.
Aim: The Western Balkans Youth Cultural Fund is a multi-year project aimed at young cultural practitioners and youth-focused Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the culture sector.
Amount: Cultural practitioners can apply for grants of up to 3,000 EUR, while CSOs can apply for grants of up to 6,000 EUR.
