Target Group: Individuals from the Western Balkans, including civil society activists, journalists, researchers, students, academics, artists, youth workers and other professionals and changemakers.
Aim: To support short-term mobility in another Western Balkan country for professional development, knowledge exchange, research, training, networking, cultural cooperation and the development of regional partnerships, strengthening people-to-people links and regional cooperation.
Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
Amount: Up to EUR 3,000, covering up to 100% of eligible costs.
Duration: Mobility activities implemented between December 2026 and April 2027.
Deadline: 5 October 2026.
