As part of the UNFPA 6th Country Programme and the Humanitarian Programme on Syrian Crises, UNFPA Turkey is currently inviting CSOs and community-based not-for-profit organizations registered and working in Turkey to express interest in receiving grants for 2017 of up to 30.000 USD for projects with a planned duration of from 3 months to one year. The aim of the grants is to develop/strengthen capacity in one or more of the following UNFPA mandate areas: Promoting Gender Equality and Combatting Gender Based Violence; Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights; Empowerment of Young people; Advancing Population and Development Strategies; and Improving Humanitarian and Emergency Response in Turkey. There is no deadline for applications for 2017. UNFPA will be regularly reviewing the applications and contact applicants based on existing funding and eligibility of proposals.
