Target Group: Civil society and not-for-profit organisations, including NGOs, charities and grassroots organisations working on cultural heritage.
Aim: To support heritage-led civil society projects that build CSO capacity, contribute to green, digital and social transformation, strengthen democracy, rule of law and fundamental rights, and promote peace, stability, intercultural dialogue and reconciliation.
Countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Ukraine. Cross-border projects are encouraged.
Amount: Up to EUR 10,000, or EUR 10,000–25,000. Co-financing is not mandatory.
Duration: Projects should be completed or sufficiently advanced by 31 August 2027.
Deadline: 7 September for the mandatory eligibility assessment; 20 September 2026 for full applications by applicants who pass the first stage.
