Aim: To ensure access to legal assistance and representation for refugees and asylum seekers throughout the asylum procedure, prevent statelessness, and support access to rights, services, and durable solutions. This includes legal counselling (individual and group), representation in asylum and extradition-related procedures, assistance with documentation, strategic litigation, and advocacy at the national and international levels.
