The specific objective of this call for proposals is to further strengthen the capacity of CSOs and enhance their long-term strategic development. The priorities of are: to develop organisational capacities of CSOs; to increase the level and quality of participation of CSOs in policy-making processes; to support the development of grass roots organisations by means of networking and mentoring; and to strengthen cooperation with CSOs and state institutions, complementing, whenever required, the work of the current Technical Assistance to the National office for cooperation with NGOs and the future Phase III of the TACSO project. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between EUR 450.000 and EUR 500.000, with 50-90% of the total eligible costs of the action.
