Short Description: The Fund for Active Citizenship, in partnership with the Directorate for Diaspora and the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, and with the support of the European Commission and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, is opening a competition for the Iskra Philanthropy Award. The competition is open to individuals, companies, media, non-profit organizations, institutions and emigrant associations, who have supported non-profit actions for the common good and the building of civil society in the most effective way.
