The European Union Office in Kosovo is seeking proposals to select an organization or a consortium that can take on the role of a National Resource Center for Civil Society Organisations to support development of the sector in Kosovo and enhance cooperation between CSOs, donor community, state institutions and other relevant stakeholders with financial assistance from the IPA II Programme. Any grant requested must fall between minimum 270.000 EUR and maximum 320.000 EUR, with 60% – 90% of the total eligible costs of the action. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 36 months nor exceed 48 months. More information is available here.
