The main purpose of the call is to strengthen participatory democracy by empowering CSOs as active contributors to decision making and promoting an enabling environment for civil society. The specific objectives are: to strengthen capacities of CSOs as competent, transparent and effective actors of participatory democracy, contributing to advance the European path of Kosovo, and promoting active citizenship and participation through volunteering; to support the capacities of competent CSOs in strengthening resilience of the social protection system through innovative and efficient services to the most vulnerable citizens.
