Target Group: Public authorities and institutions from eligible developing countries that are Parties to the 2005 UNESCO Convention; non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from eligible countries that meet the definition of civil society; and international NGOs (INGOs) registered in countries that are Parties to the 2005 Convention, with projects impacting developing countries at sub-regional, regional, or inter-regional levels.
Aim: To support the emergence of dynamic cultural sectors by enhancing the capacity to create, produce, distribute, and access diverse cultural goods and services in developing countries.
Amount: Up to $100,000
Duration: 12 to 24 months
