The EU is calling for proposals for the Cross-border Program for the Republic of North Macedonia – the Republic of Albania under the Instrument of Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II) allocations for 2018 – 2020. The call is part of a broader aim to stimulate a balanced, inclusive, and sustainable socio-economic development in the cross-border area. It is looking specifically for themes such as encouraging tourism, culture and natural heritage, enhancing competitiveness, business, trade, and investment, and protecting the environment, and promoting climate change management. The EU is providing 4,930,000 EUR with awards ranging between 400,000 and 800,000 EUR. Read more here.
