Target Group: CSOs, activists, and informal groups working on digital democracy, digital rights, civic participation, media integrity, and human rights. Institutional Stability Grants are open only to legally registered CSOs, while Strategic Growth Small Grants are open to CSOs, informal groups, and individual activists.
Aim: To strengthen inclusive and resilient civic space by supporting digital tools, campaigns, and initiatives that promote participation, accountability, transparency, and human rights in the digital sphere, with a strong focus on inclusion of marginalized groups.

Amount: Institutional Stability Grants: 10 grants of USD 13,000 (for established, registered CSOs); Strategic Growth Small Grants: 90 grants of up to USD 4,500 (for emerging CSOs, informal groups, and activists)
