The guidelines are intended for applicants for grants under the 3rd call for proposals for the 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation programme for Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro. The programme is implemented under the framework of the Instrument of pre-accession assistance (IPA II). It results from joint planning efforts made by the governments and other stakeholders of the two countries. The overall objective of the call is: to contribute to the sustainable development in the cross-border area between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro by common actions based on efficient use of the program area’s comparative advantages. The initial planned duration of action should be within 12 and 30 months. The overall budget is 2,280,000 EUR. Read more here.
