Target Group: Independent journalists from Montenegro and Kosovo with 3–5 years of journalism experience, including freelancers and affiliated contributors working on anti-corruption reporting.
Aim: To support independent journalists in investigating and reporting on corruption-related issues affecting local communities, particularly in healthcare, education, and environmental governance, while strengthening accountability, public awareness, and anti-corruption journalism in the Western Balkans.

Amount: Maximum grant per journalist: $1,500. Total fund: $12,000. 8 grants in total.
