Target group: Non-state, non-profit organizations such as: CSOs, business and media associations, educational and cultural associations, sport associations, universities, local authorities, etc. in the Western Balkans.
Aim: The call supports regional cooperation and participatory democracy in the Western Balkans by funding CSO-led projects. It fosters cross-border partnerships, capacity building, and inclusion of marginalized groups. Projects should focus on cultural cooperation, education, and sustainable development to strengthen regional ties, stability, and integration.
Amount: The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is 360 000 EUR. The Contracting Authority (WBF) will fund up to maximum grant per project of 15 000 EUR.
Duration: 3-6 months, including Reporting Period (last 30 days within the implementation timeframe).
