Target Group: Informal youth groups composed of at least 5 young people aged 16–30 from at least 3 out of 5 Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia). Only informal groups (unregistered, low-formality groups) are eligible.
Aim: To strengthen informal and creative youth groups in the Western Balkans through financial support for small-scale initiatives focused on: Increasing youth activism and participation in structured dialogue with decision-makers on youth-relevant policies; Advocating for European values and strengthening democratic, accountable institutions; Promoting regional cooperation and raising awareness of the political, economic, and social benefits of EU integration in the Western Balkans.
Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia.
Location: Projects must be hosted in one of the five partner countries (Tirana, Sarajevo, Pristina, Skopje, or Novi Sad).
Amount: Total budget: €15,000. Minimum grant per project: €2,000. Maximum grant per project: €4,000.
Duration: From three to six months.
