Target Groups: Young leaders, civil society representatives, activists, community organisers and individuals aged 18–35 from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
Short Description: A three-day International School of Local Democracy bringing together 20 young participants from across the Western Balkans to strengthen their knowledge and skills in local democracy, civic participation, advocacy and community engagement. The programme includes interactive workshops, expert discussions, policy labs and regional networking, with a focus on meaningful youth participation, intercultural dialogue and digital tools for democratic processes. Travel, accommodation and meals are covered for selected participants.
