The Matra Rule of Law Training Programme intends to strengthen institutional capacity in the rule of law within government organizations in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Seven training programmes are organized per year, each offering the participants best practices of the rule of law topics. Through interactive sessions combining theory, practice, study visits, policy advisors, members of the judiciary, and other civil servants working in the government and justice sectors, they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to drive reforms in their home countries.
