Short Description: The Global Changemaker Fellowship is a six-month virtual leadership programme for young changemakers working on social and environmental challenges in their communities. Fellows continue developing their own initiatives while taking part in workshops, mentorship and peer learning focused on systems thinking, thought leadership, polarities management, and adaptive and collaborative leadership. The programme is designed to help participants strengthen their initiatives, expand their networks and become more effective social change leaders.
