Short description: EU TACSO is undergoing an independent evaluation of the three TACSO programmes. Since 2009, the EU has supported CSOs in the West Balkans and Turkey through TACSO I-II-III. These programs aim to strengthen democracies, improve accountability systems, and achieve sustainable development. In early 2023, the EU launched an evaluation to learn from these programs. An independent team is collecting information through document analysis, consultations, and questionnaires with CSOs involved in TACSO activities. All CSOs in the Western Balkans and Turkey are invited to provide their opinion. The survey is available in English, and local languages: ALB, BSH, MKD, TR)
